Sara invited Tasha and I over for a vegetarian meat loaf that she was very excited about making. I'm going to be honest. I'm not a fan of meat loaf, even the non-vegetarian kind. I was in charge of dessert and I decided it would be a good time to try that blondie recipe I've been thinking about. The blondies turned out great. The vegetarian meat loaf (or should we call it a crumble?) was not gross at all, it was fantastic. Then to top it off Tasha brought blue mashed potatoes with this red pepper puree type topping. AMAZING!
