At some point I realized that I am watching my very own family develop. Mark and I talk in length about what we want "our" family to look like and how many kids we want. But really it's not something you can set on paper. Families are organic. I have completely fallen for Marks side of the family and I am incredibly lucky that they welcome me in.
We were witness to Mark's Dad's wedding last week which took place in the shade of tree's on a lovely June day. It was an absolutely gorgeous wedding, simple and meaningful. And before the night was over we gathered all of the Parson's men together for a cherished family photo. I'm grateful to be part of this family and am excited about it being the foundation for ours.
